As autoridades resolvem mandar os animais selvagens num navio até África, mas eles acabam por ir parar a Madagáscar, onde precisam encontrar meios de sobrevivência, e onde uma tribo de lémures anima a vida na selva. É um filme de diversão e de aventura, por isso gosto muito do filme Madagáscar.
